By creating an account or using Ludify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. You must be at least 16 years old to register an account without parental consent. If you are a minor, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform, and only users 18 or older may purchase premium plans.
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately via our Support page if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) create or share content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal; (b) infringe on third-party intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) use the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent; (e) upload malicious code or disrupt the Platform's operation.
You retain ownership of the games and content you create on Ludify. By creating content, you grant Ludify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.
The Ludify platform, including its design, software, built-in games, logos, and branding, is owned by Ludify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform's proprietary content without prior written permission.
Ludify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through our Support page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
